Ordering System
With the Iris Online Ordering System you can order flowers, plants and sundries from Metz anywhere in the world. The system illustrates an up-to-date product range and includes pictures of all the available items. Iris Online is a unique ordering system, which allows you to order from our extensive range in small quantities.
You don’t need to download complicated software on your computer, as Metz provides you with a personal login name and password.
Through the direct link from your computer, we are also able to offer products which are limited in availability, the so called “virtual stock”.
The order will be processed in the same way as described under Metz’s unique approach. Currently, more than 1500 satisfied customers are using this method to place their order.
To get an idea of the system and how to order, please have a look at the images shown below. When you click on one of the pictures, an enlarged image will appear in a separate window.

Welcome note This is where you log in with your login name and password. |

Calendar Next you will find the calendar page. When you click on the “Legend” icon it will show the meaning of the different colours used in this window. The  on the calendar shows for which delivery date you may order that day. When you click the highlighted box you will enter the ordering screen.
To find extra information about changed dates due to holidays, Iris Online Ordering System or problems please click the “Legend” icon. |

Product Range In the left top corner you will find the three main products we offer: • Cut Flowers • Pot Plants • Sundries You may enter the category of your choice by clicking the link. (i.e. Cut Flowers) Next the products of that category will appear on the left bar. By clicking on the product of your choice (i.e. Rosa Large) the different varieties will appear on the centre screen. You will find the product information listed per item. To get a larger view of a product simply click  , an enlarged image will appear in a separate window.
The delivery date is listed at the right top corner. |

Placing the order Fill in the required amount in the blank box  on the left.
The total amount spent is kept updated at the top of the page. When you have finished your order please click “Order Complete” |

Overview Order This page shows you the order you have placed and where alterations can still be made. When finished you may confirm the order by clicking on “Confirm Order”. To check if the confirmation has been successful, make sure ‘confirmed’ is displayed on the left side of all the ordered products. Every order has a unique reference number, which is listed on the right top corner. (i.e. 1195382) You may print off a hard copy by clicking “Print Order”, if you require. When you click “Back” you will return to the calendar page. |

Return to calendar The green  highlighted date means that the order has been successfully confirmed, and will be delivered on the day shown.
